How do I import my ACT database into Access?

I have been using ACT for some time and would like to import my ACT database
into ACCESS. How do I do it?
 
Simply use one of the "many" options in ACT to *export* the data.

Exprot the data to either a csv, text, or excel format...all of which can be
imported by ms-access.
