This is a Blackberry Desktop Manager/Intellisync issue - not an Outlook one.
Check your help files in BB or look on the BB website for support.
PS: Do not post your email address in newsgroups or in your news account
settings unless you really like spam and viruses. "Munge" your address if
you must post it - but note that in usenet, replies are meant to stay in
the group, not e-mailed to the poster.
