How do I import calendar data from a file into Outlook's calendar.

Currently, my information is in FileMaker Pro, but I can export to an Excel
file (also DBF, DIF, tab- or comma-separated text, BASIC, SYLK, WK1/WKS, HTML
Table, and XML.) Please let me know what would be best.

Create a couple of calendar items in Outlook = then export them to Excel.
View the result and then massage your data in Excel to match. Then import.
