How do I import calendar contacts from Palm desktop to Outlook?

Switching from Palm to Blackberry. How do I import calendar contacts from
Palm desktop to Outlook?

There's a program from Palm to sync Outlook with the Palm device. I used it
when I used a Palm Tungsten device. Do you have the original CD that came
with the device?
