how do I import a pst file into outlook express 2003?

Hi
I exported all my e-mails and contacts into a pst file prior to doing a
reinstall on my computer. I have now reinsalled Outlook Express 2003 but I
cannot get it to re-import my pst file.
Any ideas on how it can be done?

No such thing as Outlook Express 2003 - what do you have, Outlook, part of
Office, or outlook EXPRESS?
If Outlook Express, you cannot import data from a pst file without having
Outlook installed on the same machine. If you had Outlook prior to the
re-install, why have you not put Outlook back?

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express? What happens when you try to
import?
