how do I having spelling corrected on the fly in outlook?

In the recent past the speeling correction took place on the fly when I
created messages in OUtlook. I recently updated Outlook from the Microsoft
site. Now that feater doesn't appear to be available. It only give me the
opportunity to crrect the spelling before the message is sent. Can anyone
help me on this. Than ks, Jack
 
Look in Options / Mail Format / check use MS Word to edit email messages
 
That will work only if you have the same versions of Word and Outlook.
