How do I have outlook read my emails to me

I accidently hit something while typing an email and outlook started reading
my email to me. I would like to be able to utilize this function, but don't
know how I got it to happen in the first place. Does anyone know how to
utilize whatever the function is that reads back my email too me. Thanks
