how do I get word to go on line

I just purchase a new computer and setting up word but it is not recognizing
my internet connection, yet I am able to go on the internet to sites of my
choice.
 
this newsgroup answers questions about MS Access relational database
software. suggest you re-post to a Word newsgroup.
