How do I get rid of unwanted dashes on web site?

I have unwanted dashes that appear on this website: www.stjohnscairns.org.au.
They do not appear in FrontPage 2003 but show up on the web site. They
appear where I used the space bar to move the text down the page. Is anyone
able to tell me how I can remove them? Thanks in advance for any help.

The Space bar should not be used for layout ... only for the space we need
between words. You need to learn how to use tables and cells within table
for the placement of the various page elements. Among other things you won't
then have everything jammed over far to the left.
Also, don't underline any text that is not a link.
