how do I get rid of the msn messenger icon in my systray

when I fire up Outlook it shows up and will not go away unless I shut Outlook
down. How do I prevent this? I don't see any options inside of Outlook
causing this and I know it can be done I had disabled it prior to SP2 but
can't figure out how to do it again. Thanks!
