HOW do I get rid of "purity scan setup" [inside]

Its like its on a timer, pops up at regular intervals..
I did the uninstall thing 3 times.. I ran every spyware, antivirus
going.. rebooted countless times.. still it comes up!
 
I have been there.. I don't have purity scan on my pc, only
that the popup for installing it keeps coming up and I don't know what
is triggering it.. a certain website or what...
