How do I get Outlook 2007 to display a link on an email?

In my Outlook 2000 I was able to see if a link on a phishing email was bogas
but I can't get or find how to set Outlook 2007 to display the information.
Any suggestions?

when you hover over the link a tooltip should pop up containing the
underlying link.
