how do I get my send toolbar back in outlook 2007

I am using Outlook 2007 to try to send email and the send icon or toolbar is
no where to be found, so I am unable to send email. I lost the send option.

I am having the same problem. I do have an email acct configured and
received the test email on my server account. F9 does nothing. Can anyone
help us??

Have you rebooted?

do you have an email acct configured and set as default? look in tools,
accounts.

Problem solved! I didn't have the RSS Feed set up. I didn't understand the
message and always chose to "remind me later".
