How do I get my pictures in a report to show in Word?

I have a report created to generate a quote for our customers. In whenever I
do things using access, our Logo is present in the Header (.jpg image). If I
e-mail this using rich text or HTML , there is no image. How can I get this
to show up?
 
If you export the report using RTF or HTML, it will lose the graphical
elements.

You can export it in SNP format. The person who receives the email will need
the snapshot viewer, but that's a free download from Microsoft:
