Company Logo in Reports

I am using Access 2003 and have many different reports where the company Logo
is required in the report header.
At the moment I have a picture JPG file on each report.
It is the same logo for every report.
When 51 reports are used those pictures collectively take up a lot of memory
space.
Is there a way that I can store the picture in a table say, so that I can
retrieve the file only at printing time. It can be done if the picture is
stored externally to the database but I would like it to be part of the
database.

Create a subreport that is the size of your logo and just contains the logo.
This means your JPG is stored in your DB once only. Include this subreport on
all your 51 reports in place of your current logo position.

Hi Dennis
Wow, that sounds like a good idea.
I will give it a whirl tomorrow and will let you know

Hi Dennis
Tried it this morning.
Works like a charm.
Also I never knew about SubReport.
Thanks very much!
