How do I get my ISP settings?

Hi I have roadrunner online as an isp. I check email from home. I can't seem
to get my mail through outlook. I've tried creating a "link" between them. I
don't know if I put in correctly or what. How do you at least find the
correct ISP information to put in the into the the required fields for
outlook?
