How do I get my email from Outlook on the web?

I work in the IT department and a user is telling me that when he checks his
email from Outlook on the web he can only see the last 24 hours. I had no
idea we could even check email from outlook on the web. How is he doing this
and how do I help him resolve his issue with the 24 hour email thing. Please
help.
 
If I was you, I would check with the Email Administrator! In the mean time,
log onto the web mail as yourself, and check your account. You may even
solve the issue yourself...
