How do I get cursor to exactly the next line without skipping a li

This is a great service! Didn't know it was here.

My line spacing is set up at 1.0 and for some reason often my cursor jumps
to the line after the next line. How do I get rid of it? It also does that
when I paste words. It leaves a space after the pasted words.

Help!

Here is more of the answer. I found out that if you are on a page where you
paragraph settings are already set
you won't be able to change your paragraph formatting. It keeps reverting
back to the old one. If you are on a new page though, you can set the before
and after paragraph settings both to 0. Just make sure you hit OK. For a less
permanent solution, you can also use shift, as you hit enter, and it will
take you to the next line.

You can always change the paragraph formatting, but you must either have the
insertion point in the paragraph you want to change or you must select all
the text to be affected. Changing the settings for one paragraph has no
effect on other existing paragraphs unless you change the style itself.
