how do I get back up to work with Outlook 2003 sp2

Bummer, works here just fine! Any helpful information you care to share to
help with the troubleshooting? Like any error messages?

"back up" will never show as an option in Outlook 2003 SP2. If you install
the Microsoft Personal Folders Backup utility, however, you'll have a menu
item labeled "Backup..." on the File menu.
