How do I get additional memory for running rules?

I use rules a lot but I always run out of memory. How do I increase the size
allocated to running rules?
 
You can't. You can only have up to 32KB of active rules. Having so many
rules could lead to almost impossible to trace issues. See if you can
organize your mail in a different way as well like using Views and Search
Folders (Outlook 2003).
