How can I expand the allocated space for rules and alerts?

I utilize the rules and alerts function in outlook to move the many messages
I receive from many people to specific folders. I like this to happen
automatically upon receipt of the messages. Outlook only allows a specific
number of rules to be on due to the amount of allocated memory space for this
function. Is it possible to expand the amount of memory necessary to
accomodate the number of rules I would like to run all at once? I use windows
XP.

It will be possible with Exchange 2007 to expand the rule allocation for Exchange mailboxes from 32kb to 256kb. It is not a user feature, but an admin option.
