Use Word's Tools menu. You never mentioned WHICH version of Outlook that
you use or if you have it configured to use Word as your e-mail editor
(you're forced to use Word 2007 in Outlook 2007). You could just copy the
e-mail's body and paste it into a new Word doc to use Word's counter.
Copy and paste it into Word, and let Word count it for you . . .
