How do i get a dot leader like i used to get with wordperfect?

How do i get a dot leader like I used to get with wordperfect? In
wordperfect I would press alt f6 twice and it would automatically insert
series of dots from the end of the text to the end of the page or to text.
For example:

Topic...................................................................................................... p.16
 
Set a Tab Stop Position (Format, Tabs) Under Alignment select Right, under
Leader click on 2. After typing your text hit tab and your dot leader will
appear.
