I have 3 columns .. example ...

Name (then I tabbed over) Address (tab over again) Phone Number
Brenda Home 634-5789
Randy Home 634-5789

Is there a way to get dots/dot leaders between these words to make them more
readable without messing up the existing spacing/formatting of the text? .. I
have tried to no avail .. please help me :) .. please.

If you are using default tabs then select the text and add a tab stop to the
ruler at each tab position.
Then Format > tabs and add a tab leader to each tab setting.
If you are using defined tabs then change the tab setting in the style.

In the Tabs dialog box, specify a "Leader" for each tab stop. To display the
dialog box, you can double-click a tab stop on the ruler.
