I have windows XP on my home pc and my lap-top. I am able to format CD-RW's
on the laptop but not the standalone. When I come to use the disc my pc won't
accept it. I can't save anything from my pc onto disc so I can use it on my
laptop. I am sure there is a very simple explanasion and as I am very simple
when it comes to computers I would like someone to help me using very simple
words.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, a
Microsoft database program. It appears your question may not be related to
these subjects.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
programs you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
