How do i format and change win xp to win 2000? PLEASE HELP!!!

Can Someone please help me!!!

I need to be able format win xp and change operating
system to win 2000!

I can format but only so that win xp is reinstalled!

Does anyone have the solution!

Boot from your Windows 2000 CD-ROM. Formatting is part of the install.
