When you say a disk, do you mean a CD?

If yes, how are you trying to do this? With what software? If you are trying
to transfer files directly, the same way as you would to a floppy disk or
hard drive, you can't do this (at least not without special software
installed and running). You need to use a CD burning program, either the
built-in program that comes with Windows, or a third-party product such as
Nero.

Thanks for your response. I have it down now . I have a CD-R drive and a
sending data to the disk is easy when you know how.
