How do I find what access version a mdb is saved under?

I'm using access 2007 for design and saving as 2000 or 2003 mdb. When I call
up the mdb how do I see what version I'm running?

Open access (not a DB just access)
click Help
Select About Microsoft Access

Check the version

I'm using Office 2007. It does not have Help-About. Besides, I want to know
the version of the actual .mdb, not Access itself.
