how do I find responses to a previous POST that I made?

I tried to do a search for a previous POST & got an error
message to contact the system administrator. Who is the
system administrator?

My Previous POST was on the fact that I am often unable to
follow links. Many time I can paste the link into the
address window & hit GO to access the link. However, at
times, even that does not work. What is the underlying
problem & how is it fixed?

I am running Windows 98 & using IE 6.0

My previous post probably was just from the default
anonymous. I thought that I remembered
entering "freethinker". However searches
for "freethinker" returner no results.
