How do I find out what my incoming mail server is?

I'm pretty new at computer terminology, so please bear
with me.
I want to send photos in my e-mails but I've run up
against a wall. The process I have gone through so far
is I click on Start, then "My Pictures", I choose the
file I want to send, then click on "Email this folder's
files", It then asks me to type in my name and email
address. Now comes my problem: I am prompted "My
incoming mail server is:" then I am given the choices of
POP3, IMHP, or HTTP. I am then asked "Incoming mail
(POP3, IMHP, HTTP) server: ", then, "Outgoing mail (SMTP)
server:" I don't know what to enter for the last 3
items. How do I find this information? My ISP is Juno
and I use Outlook Express.

in outlook express, go to tools, accounts, click on the mail tab, highlight
your
mail account and click on properties, then go to servers tab, it should show
incoming and outgoing there..
