How do I find my Invoice #1?

Microsoft keeps putting new stuff in my computer and I'm losing very
important information. I have a yearbook all typed and saved and in order to
bring it up I had to go back several months. I also had an Invoice for my
business all set and it has disappeared also. Please help me find my stuff.

Microsoft isn't doing anything to your computer that you aren't allowing.
I've never lost a file in my computer that I didn't delete - either on
purpose or accidentally.

Have you used Windows Explorer to search for your files?

Microsoft is just plain evil, eh?

But seriously, Microsoft doesn't "keep putting new stuff on your
computer" -- what you download is your responsibility; and in any case,
nothing you download (from MS, anyway) is hiding your existing documents.
It's like blaming the furniture when you lose your keys down the back of the
sofa.

Either:

1) Your files are wherever YOU saved them and you're not looking in the
right place, or

2) YOU have overwritten or deleted them, or

3) YOU have allowed a virus into your system.
