HOW DO I FIND A WEBCAM TALK OR WRITE TRANSLATOR SOFTWARE

i have my wife in china and i would like to talk or write as we use the webcam

newsgroup for your question. This newsgroup is for questions and answers
related to the database software named Microsoft Access, which is a part of
