How do I extract calendar usage data from Outlook

I need to extract usage information from Outlook for reports (e.g., room
usage, type of use, etc.)

Is there a way to set this up in Outlook?

Outlook has no such feature. You'd have to copy and paste from a table view to Excel or write your own code to build such a report.
