Secondary Calendar available to web space

As a volunteer I use my Outlook 2000 to track room usage for my local
community hall which I manage.

I use a second calendar within Outlook 200 to do so and I would like to be
able to post the calendar online so that others viewing our webspace can be
more organized when requesting a meeting room. Obviously as a community hall
using volunteers we have no budget for buying new software.

Is there any way I can post the 2nd calendar (not my personal calendar)
online and have more information actually show up? What I mean is, on my
computer Outllook 2000 month-view calendar truncates the information so I
only see the start time and the first 3 words. I can print most of the info
but only after formatting the hell out of my output and using legal size
paper.

Many thanks to those who read this.

use one of the word templates here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
and save as HTML. Bonus: you can fill the cells with different colors or put
an image behind the text (or even in a day cell) if you feel like wasting
time. :)
