Copy secondary calendar to primary

For whatever reason, I don't use the 'primary' calendar in Outlook 2007
("Calendar") and instead have everything in a secondary calendar ("Family").
Try as I might, I can't figure out how to simply copy all of the events in
the secondary calendar over to the primary calendar so I can then abandon the
secondary calendar.
I can't rename the secondary calendar, and I can't delete the primary
calendar (as "Calendar" is protected) but surely there's a simple way to do
this that I can't see. Google hasn't helped, and nor has searching previous
threads.

To select all and move or copy you need to show the Calendar in a table
view - change to By Category view, then select all and drag to the
destination folder (it can be shown in any view). If you drag with the right
mouse button you get the choice to move or copy when you release the mouse
button.

I need to do the same. I am not able to figure out what you mean. How can I
show the calendar in table view? The most I can show is in Monthly view.
Category view also does not seem to be an option. Can you explain one more
time?
Thanks,

After doing some searching I found the answer to my own question on one of
the Microsoft websites and in case anyone else had trouble with the solution
here are the steps:

2. On the View menu, point to Arrange By, click Current View, and then click
By Category.
3. On the View menu, point to Expand/Collapse Groups, and then click
Collapse All.
Then edit, select all (or CTRL A), then CTRL C for copy, click the other
calendar and CTRL P for paste.
After that you can delete the 2nd calendar.

Seeing and changing views is easier on the advanced toolbar.

No need to collapse all to be able to select all items.
