How do I export rules from outlook 2002?

I have read the help info on this topic. The instructions say to go to Tools
| Rules Wizard and then select "Options" in order to export rules to a .rwz
file. I do not see an "Options" button (or other type link) on the rules
wizard in my 2002 version of Outlook with Office SP3 installed. What am I
missing ... or is the program missing a feature?

Hmmm, what buttons does the Rules Wizard have on your machine? I just
checked in OL2003 and there's still an options button that leads to the
import/export
