How do I export audio Notes from Outlook?

I have several recordings made on my windows PDA that I have transferred to
my desktop version of outlook. I would like to export these recordings from
outlook to some other stand alone audio format (wav mp3 etc...). How can I
do this?

Hi,
you have to convert your recordings with an extra programm (mp3 to wav
converter or anything like that)
