Notes in audio format

I have recently sychronised an audio note from an IPAQ to Outlook using MS
ActiveSync.
Does anyone know how to convert what is apparently a .msg file into mp3 or
other more common format?

I wouild like the answer, too. I recorded a voice note on my PDA (also an
HP iPAQ). It was saved as an Outlook Note and then sychronized with my
desktop at work (Outlook 2003). I want to turn this voice note into an audio
file. How do I do this? Thanks. Mark.
