How do I enable voice activation

To clarify my earlier help request, How do I enable the voice activation
feature? I have windows XP 2006
 
depends on your voicemail provider. For cisco unity, there is a plug in
called "Viewmail" that you have to install.

: Don C, Thank you for your response. Let me clarify: I inadvertently "Triggered" the talk function and have not been able to figure out how I did it. I can't seem to find anything from MicroSft that tells me how to enable it. Any further ideas? Thanks GG
