Toshiba laptops have an irratating voice that announces and counts your new
mail.
Earlier posts explain how to turn off this voice in Outlook 2003, but not in
Outlook 2007.
To disable in Outlook 2007:
Select Tools, Trust Center, Add-Ins.
At the bottom, in Manage, select Exchange Extensions & deselect Mail Speak
(Toshiba)
