How do I turn off "You've Got Mail" voice in Outlook

I have a new Toshiba laptop with XP and cannot figure out how to turn off the
"you've got mail" voice when emails come in to my Outlook.
 
This is caused by an add-in installed by Toshiba and not by Outlook itself.
See the Add/Remove Programs to uninstall it.
