How do I enable pop ups on XP Windows to be able to play games

I need to enable pop ups but do not know where to find to uncheck. Could someone pls help.
 
Usually, just pressing the Ctl key at sites requiring popups will do the
job.

Check the documentation or help files of whatever 3rd-party pop-up
blocker you have installed; WinXP has no such capability, yet. (It
will, once service pack 2 is released.)
