how do I email an html page containing images

I need to paste an HTML page created in Frontpage as the body of an Outlook
message that I need to send to multiple recipients. Is there a way to embed
the images so that they display in the recipients' email? If this isn't
possible, then what other options are there to paste a message containing
images and email it to multiple recipients?
