how do I eliminate the question "are you sure you want to delete?.

I just got Office 2003 and I can't figure out how to turn off the little box
that asks "Are you sure you want to delete these items?" Anyonew know how to
do that?

Tools | Options - Click on Other tab, Click on Advanced Options - Under
General settings uncheck "Warn before permanently deleting items"
