How do I duplex print from PowerPoint?

Duplex printing is actually a feature of your printer. Go to File|Print,
click the Properties button, and set up duplex printing (if possible) in
your printer.

Click on Print, select slides, and insert your slide numbers 1,3,5... Put
the pages back into your printer and select the even numbered slides. does
this help?

That's odd... I can use the same printer to duplex from word, but cannot seem
to set it up for ppt. It's an HP LaserJet 4600PCL6

Except for the fact that there are 232 slides (this is for a four-day
class)and I don't really want to type in 116 seperate numbers :) You would
think that the odd/even numbers radio button that exists in Word could
easily be put into PPT...

You would think. Excel is the same way. but someone developed a macro that
prints Odd and Even pages. Maybe one of the macro geniuses that hang out
here could come up with something along the same lines.

As an option, If you have access to Adobe Acrobat, you could always send you
presentation to Acrobat, and use the Odd Even print function there. sorry I
have not been much help.

What prevents you from setting it up? Remember, we're looking at our computer
screens, not yours. Haven't a clue what yours is tossing in YOUR face. <g>

I'd try this:

Choose File, Print.
In the print dialog box, click the printer you want, then click Properties.
That takes you to your printer driver's setup dialog.
(I have an hp 1320 - I go to the Finishing tab and choose Print on both sides.)
Set whatever other options you need in the printer and PPT's dialog boxes then
print.

Works here (but fwiw, I'm using the PostScript driver rather than the PCL one)
