how do i download windows XP? or SP 4???
1) It might be possible to download Windows XP, I think. But you would
have to have a subscription to the Microsoft Developer Network, which
costs several hundred dollars. It would be much cheaper to just go out
and buy a copy of XP for yourself at the local Office Depot. You would
also need a broadband connection, because the ISO for Windows XP
approaches or surpasses 600mb.

2) Service Pack 4 for WHICH product? Windows XP has not even reached
Service Pack 2 yet. Currently, SP2 is in beta. SP2 should be released
toward the middle of the year. If you mean Service Pack 4 for Windows
2000, download or purchase a CD here:

The above link might be broken, so be ready to cut and paste into your
browser.
