How do I download simple e-mails

I cannot download any pictures or jokes that friends send me in my email
ever since I go on this web site Please help
 
What Version of Office Outlook? Check your security settings. Tools>
Options> Security Settings.

What has the web site that you mention got to do with e-mail?
If your "friends" have recommended a 'rogue' site, you may now have lots of
malware and your browser may have been hijacked.
