how do i download music to my mp3 player from my pc

i would be grateful if someone could explain to me how i can download music
from a cd on my computer to my mp3 player

1) Read the instructions that came with your mp3 player

2) Drag and drop the files using WMP (depending on what player you have, see
above hint ;-)

First you must rip the music from the CD to your computer and create MP3
files. Then follow the instructions that came with your MP3 player on how to
transfer the MP3 files from the computer to the player.
