How do I display the to: from: date: subject: when printing an e-.

When I print a message the top header does not show the usually to: from:
date: subject: It just shows subject: and to: Thanks. This is for Outlook
2003.
 
this is true if the msg is a draft which has not yet been sent. is that true
here? if so, i do not believe there is a way around it.
