Printed emails don't always print headers (From: Sent: To: Etc)

Outlook 2003 HTML messages. Sometimes when I print a message it does not
print the headers, i.e. the From, Sent, To, Subject at the top. I can
sometimes get this to print properly for an incoming message by going File,
Print, Options Tab, Print Links (Print Frames option is not available nor is
Print Preview) but cannot seem to do anything for sent messages that I want
to print showing who sent to, the date sent, etc. that have not printed
properly

That sometimes happens when you are using Outlook 2003 or previous with
Internet Explorer 7. I haven't come across any of those messages yet and
don't know the exact cause or cure either.
